About David.....
David Youngs has been in the homebuilding business since 1988. He was nominated as Rookie Sales Person of the Year by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builder's Assosication. Later, while with David Weekly Homes, he was Salesman of the Year two more times.
David entered the custom home business in 1992, spending five years learning the art of building custom homes from two well respected builders: Sanders & Associates and The Holmes Builders. During that time he built and sold homes in the $500's to $1.2 million.
He formed his present company, R.David Youngs & Associates, in 1996. Although he has built within and outside the metroplex, he specializes in the neighborhoods of The M Streets, Lakewood, Vickery Place, and Forest Hills.
David currently lives in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas with his wife Mary Lynn. David and Mary Lynn have two grown children and four grandchildren.
They have lived in the Lakewood area since 1997 and enjoy the unique living experience this area provides. David supports local business by employing neighborhood banks and realtors as well as small, self made businessman to provide the various stages of construction.
